Welcome—I’m Natasha
Founder of UpGreatly™ | Creator of Believe You Deserve™ | Woman on a Mission to Help You Reclaim What’s Already Yours.
I didn’t build UpGreatly because I had all the answers. I built it because I spent most of my life wrestling with the same questions you probably ask yourself in the quiet.
Questions like: Am I enough? Why does nothing ever stick? Why do I keep doing the work but still feel like I’m just managing pain instead of living free?

Here’s my story.
I grew up in poverty in Russia, carrying the quiet weight of childhood abuse and the belief that I was damaged goods. I became the kind of girl who worked hard, chased perfection, and tried to earn her way into worthiness. I moved through careers—clinical researcher, journalist, public relations, and eventually software development for major U.S. brands. On paper, it looked like I “made it.” But inside, I still didn’t feel deserving. I still felt broken. Broken beyond repair.
That’s when I started doing the real work. The kind that doesn’t just give you new ideas—it changes the way you see yourself. That’s what turned everything around.
Today, I live a life I didn’t think was possible for someone like me—emotionally, professionally, and financially. I went from being over $500,000 in debt to growing my net worth to over $400,000. But more importantly, I stopped tying my value to what I achieve. I know my worth now. I live from it.
I created the Believe You Deserve™ framework because this is the exact work that helped me break through—from being the abused, broke kid who thought she’d never have a chance… to someone living a life even I couldn’t imagine back then.
Self-worth isn’t something you earn. It’s something you clear space for. It’s already there—you just need to get what’s blocking it out of the way.
That’s what UpGreatly is here to do. I built it for people who know they’re made for more but feel like they keep hitting the same wall. Whether you’re here to reset your self-worth or grow your business, I want you to know something: the only thing standing between you and the life you want is the belief that you don’t deserve it.
This isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement—for women who are smart, talented, sensitive, and tired of trying to prove they belong in a life they were born for.
What I teach, I’ve lived.
And when I build my training materials, I bring in everything I’ve learned from years in software development—structured frameworks, user-centered design, clarity, and precision. These programs aren’t just inspiring—they’re practical. They’re built to create real momentum and include something that’s often missing in personal and professional growth: a way to actually track if you’re moving in the right direction.
If you’re rebuilding yourself or building your business, I want to help you do it from a place that feels solid and grounded—because when that’s in place, everything else becomes easier: money, love, creativity, confidence, peace.
The truth is—I’ve already done things most people wouldn’t even dream of.
I earned my degree in Clinical Diagnostic Medicine and worked as a clinical researcher in a Moscow hospital. I left journalism school at Moscow State University when I moved to the U.S., but not before working at some of Russia’s biggest radio networks—Echo of Moscow, SNC, Radio 7, Open Radio—where I learned how to use words that move people. I wrote for Cosmopolitan, ran events, and worked in PR for global companies like Visa, SAP, Qualcomm, and Tetra Pak.
When I came to the U.S., I dove into software development—starting with UI/UX, moving into product management, and working with brands like Disney, Honda, Schwab, T-Mobile, WellPoint, and Royal Caribbean. I was known for being obsessed with clarity and structure—people started calling me the Documentation Queen.
But I didn’t stop there. I became Editor-in-Chief at a major magazine. I started my own clothing brand and trademarked it. I’ve written countless articles and traveled across nearly every continent—India, England, Australia, Spain, Egypt, Turkey, Belgium, France.
I’ve built a life that works. One I never thought I could have.
And I’m not done. I’m 53. And I feel like I’m just getting started.
If you’re here, maybe you’re just getting started too.
I’m not better than you. I just have the tools that work. And if they worked for a deeply abused, emotionally entangled, “damaged goods” child—who, at 11, quietly decided that nothing good was coming her way—they can work for you too. You’re not broken. You’ve just been buried under things that were never yours to carry. You can come back to your true, beautiful self. And fully embrace it.
Let’s go find what’s next. Together.
