Everything I’m about to share has been written and spoken about many times before. I’m not claiming to bring anything new to the world. But for me, this process is new. Not in the sense that we can simply place an order with the Universe and watch it manifest like magic—but in the deep, unfamiliar realization of how it actually works at a fundamental level.
The purpose of this article is to explore what that realization means to me. It is precisely this understanding that makes the process of creating our lives through the Law of Attraction — through creative visualization — feel easy, simple, clear, and genuinely magical.
I’ve traveled this path for quite a while. Along the way, I faced obstacles: doubt, mistrust, fear, suspicion, disbelief, resentment. Yet now, seeing the process from order to fulfillment with clarity, I recognize the roots of these blocks and what can be done to avoid or gracefully bypass them. This clarity allows us to manifest what our hearts truly desire.
First, let’s agree on one point: we all know it works. We envision something — we create it in our mind’s eye — and somehow the Universe delivers it, in some form.
But even here, there are many “yes, but” moments. A critical nuance often overlooked or assumed by newcomers to the Law of Attraction is this: the process fulfills any request, not only the “positive” ones or what we consciously believe we want. The mechanism behind this is governed by rules, by sequence and energetic resonance — not by moral or conscious filters.
What’s important is that these sequences of thought, feeling, and energy happen unconsciously much of the time. Without awareness, we create our lives unconsciously — and often in ways that contradict what we consciously desire.
Let’s look at the process. It’s simple: we imagine what we want to create and hold that image in our memory. Meanwhile, the Universe — or whatever source responds to our order — receives not only the image but the feelings accompanying the creation of that image.
This is the key. The Universe receives the whole package — the mental picture and the emotional tone. So if you think:
“I have a new Mercedes. It’s fresh, sleek. Let the money come effortlessly.”
And you mentally picture yourself driving it, feeling good…
Everything seems aligned on the surface.
But the Universe also registers what lies beneath, in the subconscious mind. If beneath the surface there’s a whisper like, “Yeah, right,” or “Who do you think you are?” or “They’ll take it from you in two weeks,” these thoughts create an emotional undercurrent — a kind of three-dimensional marquee flashing “not worthy,” “imposter,” or “fear.”
Though we may not consciously hear these thoughts, our subconscious feels them clearly. That emotional subtext is the true vibration shaping our reality.
Here lies the trap: if we were fully conscious of these background feelings, we could address and transform them into a positive, constructive foundation. But unconscious, these hidden doubts silently sabotage the order. They stay locked in the energetic picture we send out until we confront and clear them. Even new orders will be tainted by the same background noise unless we do the internal work.
This is the fundamental point many miss or don’t emphasize enough. The subconscious chatter is a natural part of human consciousness, and most people accept it as normal, believing it cannot be changed — even meditators, who learn only to observe it without always transforming it.
But this very feature holds both the problem and the solution. It explains why what we believe about ourselves matters so deeply. This is why spiritual traditions emphasize purifying the mind — to clear the subconscious noise that turns creative visualization into a kind of hell, where we get what we ask for only “through the back door” of our own self-limiting beliefs.
In essence, we manifest according to our faith — to who we truly believe we are.
To ease creative visualization, then, we must ask ourselves, “Who am I?”
Many don’t consider themselves worthy of their deepest desires. Some might believe they are worthy but accept societal views that tell them otherwise. Many reasons exist why someone might feel unworthy, often hidden beneath conscious awareness. For example: “I want an oceanfront apartment — but sure, it’ll be by the Arctic Ocean.” Or, “When I find the perfect partner, he’ll probably be broke — you can’t have it all.” These narratives often quietly shape our self-perception and therefore what we attract.
Interestingly, the more someone struggles with feelings of unworthiness, the less aware they often are of it.
Why this happens is less important here, but I offer a theory: life is love. Everything that exists arose from love — a transparent essence that is the source and fabric of all creation. The Universe, which grants our requests, is love itself — the creative force that makes space for everything.
When we see the fulfillment process through this lens, we realize it is an act of love. Love always gives, no matter what is asked, because to love is to create space for all possibilities.
Love exists as an infinite ocean of potential in a dimension beyond the physical. It experiences life through us — conscious beings who create reality so love can perceive itself in countless forms. Love accepts us fully, and so it grants our orders, manifesting them in the forms, sensations, and conditions our consciousness and subconsciousness call forth.
This is the source of the magic.
This understanding is why spiritual seekers strive to cleanse unconscious mental clutter — to transform or silence distorted self-perceptions. Methods vary: therapy, meditation, yoga — anything that smooths or clears the distorted reflections we carry. This cleansing creates space for pure creativity. Many spiritual and religious traditions reflect this wisdom, though often obscured by institutional layers.
Crucially, it’s not about forcing oneself to feel better than others or to demand worthiness through force. Such attempts only amplify internal dissonance. The healthiest stance is to move toward “I am nothing” — or equivalently, “I am everything.” We each reflect all existence and, therefore, love.
By feeling the emptiness beneath mental clutter, fears, and doubts, we begin to perceive that love returns to us everything we create, spiritually and materially. This shifts our relationship with creative visualization.
Fears, doubts, and the belief that “something bad will happen” lose their grip. In the cleared space, we create beautiful visions worthy of love — and love returns them freely. We don’t need a perfect world, nor do we have to accept imperfections passively.
Finally, here’s the core insight I discovered for myself that makes creative visualization easy and effective. It’s not new, but often overlooked.
The film The Secret mentions entering the right state for creative visualization through gratitude. Gratitude helps align us positively, free from negative self-perception, so our orders carry the right energetic signature.
I took this further. My process became effortless when, from a state of emptiness and the awareness that everything already exists within love, I simply extract what I want. I create the image fully, enjoying the present experience of being in the environment and atmosphere of what I desire.
The key moment that sends the order into the Universe is the feeling of gratitude and the joyful buzz of receiving it. It’s like glimpsing a piece of my future where I already am. That future exists now — as do all possibilities — because love is infinite.
1. Ask for what you desire
- I know how it works in the Universe (Cosmos).
- I know the Universe is already working on my request.
- I know the law of attraction is already manifesting my request.
- All I need to do is release resistance and allow it to happen.
2. The Universe fulfills the order
3. Accept the order
- Explore your state.
- If you realize you’re not sending vibrations of acceptance, acknowledge it.
- Catch the moment of persistently living in vibrations that prevent you from accepting your order.
- Understand that negative emotions indicate you’re not emitting the vibration of acceptance.
- Purposefully find a thought that will give you relief.
- Consciously accept what’s better for you, and the emotional background “brightens.”
- Feel the movement.
- Sense that you’re ready to release resistance.
- Feel yourself on the path from resistance to acceptance of what you desire.
- Feel the impulse of acceptance, its inspiration.
- Inspired by the idea of acceptance, deliberately step into it, observe the results of this process.
- Feel proud that you realized this and were able to go through this path.
- Be happy that non-acceptance gave you the opportunity to see it and let it go, and that your wisdom and awareness of your guiding emotional mechanism helped you with this.
- Watch the manifestation of the desired becoming closer and closer.
- Let the desired, fully realized, enter your reality.
- Feel the incredible uplift from the fact that you will send new and new requests from this new level.
The main components are desire and belief, desire and joy, acceptance, absence of resistance.
LET GO! RELAX! STOP CONTROLLING! LET IT HAPPEN!
You need to feel happy and disregard what others say. Your main task is to feel happiness! Use any opportunity to feel joy and flight – there’s so much in life that can bring joy.
